These Terms of Use set forth the conditions for using Lunch Omikuji Search Japan.

1. Application

These Terms apply to all users of Lunch Omikuji Search Japan provided by Business Support Co., Ltd.. By using this service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

2. Service description

This service helps users search nearby lunch candidates based on location, cuisine, budget, distance, rating-style criteria, and other conditions, and provides a daily lunch omikuji feature. Search results and omikuji are provided for reference and entertainment purposes.

3. Use of Hot Pepper Gourmet Web Service API

This service uses the Hot Pepper Gourmet Web Service API provided by Recruit Co., Ltd. Restaurant information, images, coupons, URLs, and related information displayed in this service may be obtained from the API.

This service is not the official Hot Pepper Gourmet service operated by Recruit Co., Ltd., and Business Support Co., Ltd. does not represent or imply any partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement by Recruit Co., Ltd. unless expressly stated.

Users must not remove, obscure, or alter credits, source indications, copyright notices, or other notices related to Hot Pepper Gourmet Web Service, Recruit Co., Ltd., or other right holders.

4. Fees

The basic use of this service is free of charge. Users are responsible for communication charges, device costs, transportation costs, restaurant charges, reservation fees, and any other costs incurred when using restaurants or external services linked from this service.

5. Location information and search results

This service uses location information only when the user grants permission through the browser or device. Restaurant information, business hours, prices, menus, availability, coupons, reviews, images, maps, and reservation conditions may differ from actual conditions. Users should confirm the latest and important information directly on Hot Pepper Gourmet, the restaurant's official information, or with the restaurant before visiting, reserving, or ordering.

6. LINE and external services

When the service is used through LINE LIFF, LINE Login, Hot Pepper Gourmet, map services, analytics tools, advertising services, affiliate services, or other external services, users must also comply with the terms and policies of those external services.

When the user uses LINE sharing or official account integration, the operator may send the lunch omikuji result and restaurant information to LINE chats using LINE LIFF or the Messaging API. The operator does not guarantee message delivery, display format, or behavior within LINE. Users can stop receiving messages from the official account by blocking or unfriending it.

7. Search history and browser storage

Search history and daily omikuji results may be stored in the user's browser. If browser data is deleted or the device or browser is changed, stored information may no longer be available.

8. Prohibited acts

Users must not engage in any of the following acts:

• Acts that violate laws, public order, these Terms, or external service terms.
• Unauthorized access, excessive requests, load testing without permission, scraping, crawling, reverse engineering, bypassing technical restrictions, or interference with service operation.
• Extracting, copying, storing, editing, redistributing, selling, sublicensing, or otherwise commercially exploiting restaurant information, images, API responses, or other data beyond the scope of normal use of this service.
• Acts that may cause users to misunderstand this service as an official service of Recruit Co., Ltd., Hot Pepper Gourmet, LINE, restaurants, or other third parties.
• Removing or altering credits, copyright notices, source indications, links, or other notices displayed by this service.
• Infringing the rights or interests of the operator, other users, restaurants, external service providers, Recruit Co., Ltd., LINE, or other third parties.
• Using false information, impersonation, harassment, or other inappropriate conduct.
• Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the operator.

9. Restaurant use, reservations, and external links

Reservations, visits, orders, payments, coupons, points, cancellations, and other transactions with restaurants or external services are made between the user and the restaurant or external service provider. The operator is not a party to such transactions.

10. Advertisements and affiliate links

This service may display advertisements or affiliate links. The operator may receive compensation when users view, click, reserve, purchase, or otherwise use linked services. Such advertisements or affiliate links do not guarantee the quality, availability, safety, or suitability of the linked restaurants or services.

11. Suspension or change of service

The operator may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the service without prior notice when necessary for maintenance, system trouble, changes or suspension of external services or APIs, legal reasons, security reasons, or operational reasons.

12. Intellectual property

All rights to text, design, programs, and other content created by the operator belong to the operator or legitimate right holders. Rights to restaurant information, images, logos, trademarks, and data obtained from external services belong to Recruit Co., Ltd., restaurants, or other legitimate right holders.

13. Disclaimer

The operator does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, availability, legality, safety, continuity, or suitability of the information and functions provided by this service. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damages arising from use of the service, inability to use the service, external service changes, restaurant information errors, or restaurant transactions, except in cases attributable to the operator's intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

14. Changes to these Terms

The operator may revise these Terms as necessary due to changes in laws, service content, external service specifications, or operational methods. Revised Terms will become effective when posted on this page or by another appropriate method.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes related to this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the operator's location, unless otherwise required by law.
